1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MicroJobSolution ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the MicroJobSolution.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or software script related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Software License & Usage Agreement
All software scripts and clone systems purchased from MicroJobSolution are licensed under the following strict terms:
- Single Domain License: Unless explicitly purchased as a Developer or Enterprise package with multi-domain rights, each software script purchase permits usage on a **single domain name only**.
- White-Label Boundaries: You may edit the front-end layout, branding, logos, and features. However, you may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or lease the core database logic and source code structure to third parties.
- Prohibition of Public Sharing: Sharing our proprietary script files on public forums, torrent trackers, GitHub repositories, or warez portals is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of copyright laws, leading to instant license revocation.
3. Digital Refund Policy
Due to the downloadable and open-source nature of our PHP products, our refund terms are strictly defined:
- We **do not issue refunds** once a purchase is processed and the code has been successfully downloaded or installed on your hosting server.
- If the script fails to function due to a core bug, you must report it to our team. We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3-7 business days). If we are completely unable to make the system function as advertised on your recommended hosting configuration, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. Hosting & Requirements
You are solely responsible for acquiring compatible hosting environments (e.g., PHP 8.x, VPS, cPanel with required modules enabled). We are not liable for performance issues, database connection errors, or downtime caused by insufficient hosting capabilities.
5. Anti-Cheat & Dispute Disclaimer
Our software includes anti-fraud monitors, VPN filters, and dispute resolution logic. While these modules are built using modern web standards, we make **no warranty** that they will prevent 100% of marketplace spam or payment abuse. The final audit and payment release of crowdsourced gigs remain the responsibility of your website's administrators.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our developers be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or our software scripts.
