3. Digital Refund Policy

Due to the downloadable and open-source nature of our PHP products, our refund terms are strictly defined:

We **do not issue refunds** once a purchase is processed and the code has been successfully downloaded or installed on your hosting server.
If the script fails to function due to a core bug, you must report it to our team. We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3-7 business days). 5. Anti-Cheat & Dispute Disclaimer

Our software includes anti-fraud monitors, VPN filters, and dispute resolution logic. While these modules are built using modern web standards, we make **no warranty** that they will prevent 100% of marketplace spam or payment abuse. The final audit and payment release of crowdsourced gigs remain the responsibility of your website's administrators.

6. Limitation of Liability
